The game uses turn-based management. You open routes between major cities, buy aircraft, set ticket prices, run marketing campaigns, and manage airport expansion and operating costs. Aircraft range, capacity, and upkeep all matter, so route planning is crucial. As the timeline advances, newer jets become available, letting you expand into longer-haul and more lucrative markets while fighting rivals for control of key hubs.

CEO (player)

The player-created airline executive responsible for all business and expansion decisions.

Focus early investment on a few profitable hub cities instead of spreading too thin. Build a stable cash flow with medium-range routes before buying larger long-haul aircraft. Keep an eye on fuel and maintenance costs, and use pricing and advertising tactically when competing for the same cities. A good hub-and-spoke network is usually stronger than random route expansion.
