The game uses a top-down perspective with tank movement controlled by the directional inputs and firing handled by a dedicated attack button. Players advance through stages filled with walls, bunkers, enemy armor, and defensive structures that can often be destroyed to change routes and sightlines. Power-ups improve firepower and other offensive capabilities, making positioning important as enemy waves become denser. Stage progression is based on clearing combat areas and surviving successive waves, while losing all lives ends the run.
