The game uses a top-down view as you begin in a weak service droid and move through multiple decks of a spaceship. Combat happens in real time with ranged attacks, but the signature system is droid transfer: when you engage another robot, you can enter a circuit-board style hacking contest and, if successful, assume control of that stronger unit. Different droids vary in speed, firepower, and energy capacity, so progress depends on careful exploration, threat assessment, and choosing when to fight, flee, or transfer bodies.

001 Droid
